We ship worldwide.    

ESTIMATE PURCHASE ARRIVAL  

Our order typically ships from our fulfillment center within 7-10 business days after your order confirmation. You can expect your KOTHARI JEWELLERY piece to reach you within 15-25 days of placing an order. We are a small team working as hard as we can, so we appreciate your understanding!  

*Due to Covid-19, there is a potential that packages may be delayed in transit. Please be patient & understanding during such difficult times.   

Bauble Lane by Kothari Jewellery is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process. Unfortunately, once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.   

If your order is held at customs in your country, you are responsible to contact your local post office and retrieve the package on your own. We do not give back refunds to items that are held in customs. Only after the package is released & sent back to our fulfillment center, the refund will be made. This could take from 3-4 weeks from the date the package arrived in your country.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email infobaublelane@gmail.com. We promise to get back to you within 2 business days.  

Bauble Lane by KOTHARI JEWELLERY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer  

Most of our carriers make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If they for some reason fail to deliver your parcel to the address provided, the parcel will most likely be moved to your nearest post office.  You will then be responsible to pick it up no later than 5 working days; else you risk your package getting sent back to our fulfillment center. If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we'll issue a full refund excluding delivery charges.   

SHIPMENT TRACKING 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your order notification e-mail once the tracking becomes available.  

SHIPPING CHARGES  

We offer free shipping on all jewellery products and a standard shipping rate of INR Rs 1400 on selected gemstones. Please note, there may be some areas that fall beyond the serviceable list in which case we will notify you of the shipping charges on a case-to-case basis. We do not provide Cash on Delivery.   

SHIPPING CONDITIONS & NOTES   

• Public holidays & Weekends will not be considered as a regular business day with respect to estimated delivery lead time.  
• When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you the Confirmation of Order by email.  
• Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information related to the delivery of goods.  
• Each delivery package will contain your purchased KOTHARI JEWELLERY product and all related accessories, if any.  
• KOTHARI JEWELLERY insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.  
• We require a signature by an adult to confirm your acceptance of each KOTHARI JEWELLERY product delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.  
• If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sale contract by KOTHARI JEWELLERY and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you.  
• We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewellery to ensure a safe and smooth delivery process.
